Ronald B. Miller Ron Miller is the founder and Senior Managing Director of BlueWater Partners. He brings over 35 years of ownership, executive management, and hands-on operations knowledge in closely held companies to both our Mergers & Acquisitions and Performance Improvement/Restructuring/Turnaround practices. Mr. Miller has completed more than 30 M&A transactions as an advisor or shareholder.
		Matthew J. Miller Matt Miller is Managing Director of our Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He has over 15 years of advisory and corporate experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business development; including buy- and sell-side work for closely held and public middle-market companies. Mr. Miller earned his BGS from the University of Michigan and MBA in finance from Loyola University of Chicago.
		Scott A. Zakrajsek Scott Zakrajsek is a Senior Operations Consultant with over 25 years of experience as a senior manager responsible for engineering, operations, general management, and strategy. He focuses on defining and implementing the operational aspects of performance improvement engagements. Mr. Zakrajsek earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
		Mark M. Pospiech Mark Pospiech is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Certified Public Accountant. His background in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting systems is key to helping clients implement internal controls and profit enhancement strategies. Mr. Pospiech earned his BS in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
