He has more than 40 years of experience as an advisor to and senior manager and shareholder of middle market companies in a variety of industries. Mr. Miller has completed more than 40 corporate finance transactions as an advisor or shareholder.
		Matthew J. Miller Matt Miller is Managing Director of our Investment Banking practice. He has over 15 years of advisory and corporate experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business development; including buy- and sell-side work for closely held and public middle-market companies. Mr. Miller earned his BGS from the University of Michigan and MBA in finance from Loyola University of Chicago.
		Martin J. Hilker Martin Hilker is a Director and Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) with 12 years of experience in turnaround consulting, interim financial management, and loan workout and restructuring. He focuses on the financial aspects of performance improvement, restructuring, and turnaround engagements. Mr. Hilker earned his Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
		Thomas G. Wallace Tom Wallace is a Director with over 30 years of experience as a consultant and senior manager responsible for operations, production, and general management. He focuses on defining and implementing the operational aspects of performance improvement engagements. Mr. Wallace earned his BS in Business from Ferris State University and MBA from the University of Michigan.
